Sas Mukherjee is a visionary executive with over 25 years of experience developing trusted advisory relationships with Fortune 500 and startup executives to deliver exponential business and revenue growth. Sas has built businesses and co-established service delivery capability and high-quality talent pools in offshore locations—including India, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Guatemala, Brazil, Argentina, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Canada, and Mexico—to offer win-win results to global corporations.

Sas is currently the EVP, CFO and Chief Strategy Officer for York Risk Services Group, a portfolio company of Onex Corp, a leading global investment firm with $32 billion of assets under management.

Prior to York, Sas was a Member of the Board of Advisors at a $250 million Insurance/ Warranty Company which is in the Portfolio of a Private Equity Firm with $15 billion in committed Capital.

Prior to that, Sas was CFO and Head of Corporate Development for Serco Global Services, Americas, a division of a FTSE 100 company. Earlier, he was EVP and CFO for Qualitas Healthcare Solutions, where he advised US, Caribbean and Asian Healthcare providers on Medical Tourism, New Hospital Business Case and Fund Raising, M&A, Medical Schools and Internships with US Hospitals. His previous positions include Divisional CFO and Head of Strategy & Business Excellence for Kaiser Permanente, a $37 billion integrated Health Delivery System. Sas has also been a Partner/Managing Director at a big 4 management consulting firm and advised the C-Suite of Fortune 500 companies such as Anheuser-Busch, Charles Schwab, Citibank, Gillette, Intel, Siemens, Walt Disney, and Wellpoint on business transformation and globalization strategies.

Sas has been invited by foreign governments to consult on Medical Tourism and the impact of US Healthcare Reform, Consulting, BPO and ITES Trends. He is the co-inventor of a patent pending internet deployable healthcare solution for consumers.

In addition to serving on the Global Healing Board, Sas is President and Board Member of the San Francisco Chapter of Finance Executives International (FEI), and co-founder and board member of the Global Ideas eXchange. Educated in Electrical Engineering, Finance/ Accounting and Management, Sas has lived in India, Singapore and Europe. He has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 22 years and in the greater NYC area for over two years.
