Eva Andres

With over 20 years of executive Human Resources management experience in global 500 companies, Eva Andres initially joined the Board of Directors as an advisor and then became a member in 2015.
She began her career at DuPont in Europe where she held a variety of strategic positions across the Region. At this time, Eva is Vice President of Human Resources for the software leader EMC in the Bay Area, California. She joined EMC as part of the Company’s acquisition of Documentum in 2003.
In this capacity, Eva oversees talent acquisition, compensation, learning and development, change management, employee relations, and all of the people aspects of mergers and acquisitions for the Enterprise Content software Division. She has also been a key contributor in building EMC’s brand in the West Coast to be recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work”.
Eva earned her degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Barcelona and speaks several languages. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
